Jazz Dance

This class is designed for beginner dancers looking for an energetic session while having fun. Students learn a wide range of moves using a variety of music styles, including basic steps and combos. Class helps students develop coordination, balance and strength.

Zumba
Taught by Ruth Karhu
Zumba focuses on hypnotic Latin rhythms and very easy-to-follow moves to create one-of-a-kind fitness. This dance form helps to create strength and flexibility, tones the body, enhances bone density, boosts metabolism and improves cognitive functioning.
