Announcing La Jolla Art Association
An Alliance of the former AAASD and the La Jolla Art Association
AAASD (Allied Artists Association of San Diego) is now the La Jolla Art Association following a union between the two organizations. Members of AAASD will now join the La Jolla Art Association and adopt its name. This union combines the artistic talent of two organizations into one group of 50 artists who will now exhibit their work at the La Jolla Community Center. Read the complete article here!
Art is displayed on the walls and rooms of La Jolla Community Center for all to enjoy. All art is for sale, with a portion of each sale benefiting programs and events at the Center. New art is rotated every two months and contact information for each artist is posted on wall tags. The Center also features art receptions throughout the year. To learn more about the LJAA, please contact Dottie Stanley, LJAA VP, at email@example.com. Please call the La Jolla Community Center at 858-459-0831 to schedule a visit to view the Featured Artist in the La Patronas Room. Regular classes are held daily, limiting drop-in viewing.
