19-20 Taste of Opera Kick-Off

Arias, Puppets & Gingerbread Houses - Oh My!

Gingerbread Houses, puppets, and opera arias - what better way to kick off the holiday season with the whole family!

Enjoy a puppet show from Animal Cracker Conspiracy Puppet Co. and then enjoy a short performance from San Diego Opera singers as they perform excerpts from the opera Hansel & Gretel which San Diego Opera will be presenting in a magical fully-staged production in February. Fun for kids of all ages, we will have gingerbread house kits to build and decorate and take home, that is, if they aren’t eaten beforehand.

Event includes holiday mimosas, winter hot-chocolate and cookies. A gingerbread house kit is available for every attendee
