Mindfulness Awareness & Aging with Wisdom 
Consciencia Plena (Spanish)

 

Mindfulness Awareness is a comprehensive stress and pain reduction workshop that draws upon the foundational principles of mindfulness, meditation and yoga. 

​

This course is designed to share with participants science based practices to cultivate a heightened sense of awareness and presence in our daily lives. 

​

Through guided mindfulness practices, breathing exercises, and gentle yoga and chair yoga postures, individuals learn to manage stress, alleviate chronic pain, and foster emotional resilience, and relationships. 

​

The program emphasizes the connection between mind and body, promoting a balanced approach to mental and physical well-being. Whether new to mindfulness or looking to deepen an existing practice, participants will develop practical tools to enhance overall health.

 

Consciencia Plena es un curso práctico de reducción de estrés y dolor que se basa en los principios fundamentales de mindfulness, meditación y yoga.

​

Este taller está diseñado para compartir con los participantes prácticas basadas en la ciencia que ayudan a cultivar una mayor conciencia y presencia en nuestra vida diaria.

​

A través de prácticas guiadas de mindfulness, ejercicios de respiración y posturas suaves de yoga y yoga en silla, los participantes aprenden a aliviar el estrés, relacionarse con el dolor crónico y fomentar la resiliencia emocional, las relaciones humanas.
