REQUIREMENTS FOR IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE

  • Advance registration for classes and events (no walk-ins)

  • Proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test no older than 72 hours​

  • Masks must be worn at all times in the center and courtyard unless actively drinking or eating

Zumba, IN-PERSON

 

This class focuses on Latin rhythms and very easy to follow moves. The benefits include toning, enhancing bone density, strength and flexibility, metabolism boost and improvement of cognitive function.

Strength and Balance, IN-PERSON

 

This 60-minute work-out focuses on upper body, lower body, and core exercises, all centered around balance, posture, and flexibility. Modifications and challenges are provided for each exercise, which makes this class fitting for any fitness level. Benefits of this class include: stronger bones, better balance, improved posture, more energy and ease of everyday tasks.

Class taught by Andrea Ogden, a clinical kinesiologist with Reneu Health Inc that provides one on one activity-based exercise for those in need.
