REQUIREMENTS FOR IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE
Advance registration for ALL classes, events, social play. NO WALK-INS.
Proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test no older than 24 hours.
Face covering required when entering the center and in all common areas. Masks may be removed inside the center at each individual's discretion.*
All individuals are subject to a temperature screening.

This class focuses on Latin rhythms and very easy to follow moves. The benefits include toning, enhancing bone density, strength and flexibility, metabolism boost and improvement of cognitive function.

Strength and Balance, IN-PERSON
Age is no barrier to exercise. At any age, you can see improvement in your strength, balance, stamina, flexibility and more importantly the mental health benefits of exercise should never be underestimated.
Class taught by Andrea Ogden, a clinical kinesiologist with Reneu Health Inc that provides one on one activity-based exercise for those in need.
