Thanksgiving Side Dishes
Elevate your Thanksgiving to a whole new level with some not-so-traditional side dishes! We'll start with a Ma-ple Roasted Butternut Squash Salad with Burrata and Pomegranate, next we'll give broccoli and cheese the grown-up treatment with Charred Broccolini Topped with Manchego, Hazelnuts and Honey and because pota-toes are essential, we'll show you how to make creamy Pommes Dauphine. At the end of class you'll have the opportunity to have a Q&A with Chef Nikki regarding any of your Thanksgiving meal questions.
