Conducting is a physical and spiritual experience - it strengthens the heart, improves muscle tone and relieves stress. Learn basic conducting skills, enhance your knowledge about different musical styles, composers and their great work. Class includes elements of Yoga, Tai Chi to warm up, and attentive listening to different music. You will work on balance and flexibility, developing different range of motion according to musical nuances. No special skills required. Taught by Polina Sisman.
