Class Prerequisite: Ability to perform 5 modified push-ups in quadruped(table top) position.

Andrea Ogden holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Master of Science in Athletic Training with a concentration in Biomechanics. With a solid background in adapted physical activity, Andrea is passionate about integrating movement science into practical applications. They have an excitement for teaching group classes and thrive on helping individuals of all abilities achieve their fitness goals.
