Mindfulness is paying attention to what is happening in the here and now, acknowledging our thoughts and mental images, past and present, and letting them go, without judgment. This brings a strong mind-body connection and wellness. Science continues to prove the profound health benefits of mindful meditation, which calibrates your nervous system, promotes inner harmony, can diminish physical and emotional pain, relieve anxiety, lower blood pressure, create a positive outlook and promote true healing.
