4-week Course

 

This is a comprehensive stress and pain reduction program that draws upon the foundational principles of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. This course is designed to help participants cultivate a heightened sense of awareness and presence in their daily lives. The program emphasizes the connection between mind and body, promoting a balanced approach to mental and physical well-being.

 

Taught by Sofia Puerta, Certified Yoga Therapist and MBSR instructor.

Wednesdays, April 2, 9, 16, 23. 3:30-5pm.
