Meditation

Mindfulness is paying attention to what is happening in the here and now, acknowledging our thoughts and mental images, past and present, and letting them go, without judgment.

This brings a strong mind-body connection and wellness.

Science continues to prove the profound health benefits of mindful meditation, which calibrates your nervous system, promotes inner harmony, can diminish physical and emotional pain, relieve anxiety, lower blood pressure, create a positive outlook and promote true healing.

Class taught by Barbara Yoes, founder of Solace Mindfulness. Her studies have taken her from bodywork, massage, and East/West medical practices for well-being, as well as having the honor of studying with several mindfulness schools, including receiving the 5 Mindfulness Training at the San Diego Deer Park Monastery of Thich Nhat Hanh, The Chopra Center, and The Dharana Meditation Training Program as an instructor.
