About your Facilitator, Caryn Blanton
Caryn Blanton is the Director of Shoreline Community Services which addresses the unmet needs of unsheltered individuals and their families in the Central Beach Area of San Diego—making sure the most vulnerable are cared for with compassion and equity thought the efforts of community members and community partner.
 
Caryn has spent more than 20 years working on community building, program development and facilitation and workforce develop and advocacy with a specific focus on marginalized populations.  In 1992, she founded Compass Station in Pacific Beach, a drop in resource for the unhoused with laundry and charging facilities and connections to community resources.
