About Minnie Valero: Born and raised in Córdoba, Argentina, Minnie Valero immigrated to the US with her family, and pursued a career in public high school education while obtaining master’s degrees in English and Linguistics, Counseling and Educational Policy from UCLA.  Now, she divides her time between her home in California, and her travels around the world (when allowed), painting and teaching art in French, Spanish and English.
